  We were visiting family in Delano and took them to breakfast here. This was a big mistake. We were seated our host took our order and we did not see her again for a good 20 to 24 minutes. We all got our food at different times. They forgot part of my fiancee food and a part of my cousins food. I did not even get my food until 20 minutes after everyone else. Then when I got it the meat was frozen on the inside. When speaking to management for the second time as he knew we were already dissatisfied because we called him out once for my food. You think he would have automatically came out to ensure that everything was good.
