  Omg, what a bunch of incompetent, fat, and lazy people work there. That's all of our taxes at work, smh. I took proof of my name change on Jan 2016, and the ssa rep said that it would take about 1 mth or so. I was so busy with work , so I never gave it a second thought . I go in on a Friday and a male rep; looking like he barely came out of prison type scary looking, tatooed all over. Tells me that it's NOT his problem that the other rep that helped me, didn't do anything. So I ask so what about my ssn card , guy tells me ohh too bad if you want a ssn you have to bring proof in again. I ask for his SUPERVISOR, omg what a joke A FAT SLOB , EMBARRASSING to say that this pathetic of a women works for government, she was very rude, non apologetic, and basically made excuses for their MISTAKE. ohhhhhh and as for that security that works there funny guy that does not even know what the hell he's doing. As I arrived he said I have to search your bag, and starts touching all my personal belongings. FOR YOUR INFORMATION SECURITY GUARDS CANNOT TOUCH PEOPLES PERSONAL BELONGINGS. !!!!!!
