  Like most people in the area I didn't have many choices for OBs in Delano so this was my pick. I was prescribed only prenatal pills, no iron or calcium. They did blood almost weekly throughout my pregnancy but did not discover I am anemic until over 30 weeks pregnant. Where they finally prescribed me iron along with an anti constipation pill and told me to stop taking my prenatal and refused to refill the prescription for it. I looked more into the anti constipation pill and found out pregnant women shouldn't be taking it do to risks of birth defects.They also found out I was placenta previa at my 20 week ultrasound and still hadn't bothered to check if it had cleared up after week 32 even after multiple requests for them to do so. The prenatal counselor also spent the majority of her appointments with me on the phone doing trivial things like arranging someone to come wash her car or telling other staff members what she would like her lunch order to be. She also brings up her own family a lot and tends to repeat her stories. Also the door to her office spells out "Pernatal Counselor" not "Prenatal Counselor". I switched clinics, a lot happier with the one I'm at now. Would not recommend, would not go back.
