  Very slow customer service. Was being helped by a representative named Isela. She was not helpful at all with my Iphone issue. She was more focused on texting on her phone then focusing on my issues with my phone. I felt really disrespected and did not deserve to be treated this way. Never going to this store again. Issue with my phone still didn't get resolved will go to a different location on one of my days off and hopefully it will get handled.
